Superuser - Checklist and Setup Guide

Here is a checklist (in the correct order) for a superuser to check and edit important setup information. Each section commences with an overview video of the entire feature, followed by a few key items to review before the full team start using their accounts.


Firstly, when Tacklit handover the account to you, you should check the following:


  1. Control Panel Overview
    1. Check the service details are accurate
    2. Connect Stripe (if relevant)
    3. Australia - Create location ID for online claims
    4. Check that you're happy with the notification settings
    5. Review and create custom data fields (collect data)

  1. Calendar Overview
    1. Check rooms are set up
    2. Are the account level settings correct and up to date?
    3. Review, edit and add appointment types
    4. Calendar FAQ's and quick tips

  1. Invoices Overview
    1. Add Payment Methods
    2. Check account level details
    3. Connect accounting software
    4. Know how to setup individuals auto-invoicing rules
    5. Set your invoicing header

  1. Client Profile Overview
    1. Learn how to assign practitioners to clients
    2. Go to the client list view and create a test client, if there isn't one there already

This comes in handy in the next step, when you need to review your report/letter templates


  1. Forms Overview
    1. Review (and /or add new) Survey Templates
    2. Review (and /or add new) Consent Templates
    3. Review (and /or add new) Case Note Templates
    4. Review (and /or add new) Report Templates

  1. Groups Overview
    1. Have the right groups been created
    2. Is pathway management configured

  1. Team Overview
    1. Get ready to add your team members
    2. Do you need to support them in updating their profiles
    3. Have they been sent this training guide?

  1. Are analytics enabled on your account
    1. Review the current dashboard
