Episode of Care

Episodes of Care allows information to be collected for a client during a period of time. If a client returns to the service, a new episode can be opened to distinguish the different activities that occurred in each episode. This includes such information as:

  • Appointments
  • Psychometrics
  • Check in insights
  • Health information (Data fields)
  • Invoices
  • Letters
  • Case Notes
  • Reports
  • Surveys

Note:

Only one active episode can occur at any one time
