What notifications does my client receive? How do I setup notification settings?

Notifications can be toggled on or off at the service level and at the client level. If the client communication preferences are on, they will receive notifications when;


✅New Client: Full Profile invitation

✅New client or group Appointment, Edited Appointment, Cancelled Appointment

✅Sending a survey, consent or psychometric

✅Sending a Report or Letter

✅Sending a broadcast message (SMS)

✅Sending an invoice, or auto-scheduling invoices
