How to create a case note template and write a case note

As a super user, you have the ability to create templates and assign them to individual clients or groups. You can also choose who can access these templates, whether it's all practitioners or selected ones. I will show you how to toggle headings, make them mandatory, and edit them. Additionally, I will demonstrate how to link case notes to appointments and add various types of information such as multiple choices, pictures, and tables. Finally, I will walk you through the steps of writing a case note using a template and provide tips for customization. Remember to save your notes and utilise the auto-save feature.
