Case Note Permissions

We've added folder capability to the case notes feature, for services and practitioners to leverage when writing client notes.

When writing a Case Note, the author of the case note, can decide whether to keep this as a 'Private' or 'Shared' note. Visibility of notes are always controlled by who has access to the client profile, they will never be 'shared' outside of that client profile.

What this new feature allows is for notes to remain private to the practitioner only, and /or shared between the users with access to that client profile (Superusers, Assigned Practitioner, Practitioners assigned via a group).

When you create a new case note you have an extra selection to make: Shared or Private + Template
