We have two unique ID's which we would like you to share with us when talking about;
- clients
- appointments
Clients: If you have a query about a client, share with us the Client's Unique Identifier, which can be found in the URL. This helps us get to the route cause quicker
- Appointments: If you have a query about a particular appointment, please share with us the appointment ID. It can be found in the calendar when you hover over the appointment.
