Can I update my client's email address?
- You can only complete a client email update for;
- Waitlist / Prospect client
- A Record only profile (blue)
- Full Profile client who has not yet completed their signup (grey)
- You cannot complete a client email update for;
Full Profile clients (dark blue)
Once a client is a full client and has created their account and activated a full profile you will not be able to update. This is due to the client needing their email address to log into their account.
