Can I update my client's email address?


  1. You can only complete a client email update for;
  • Waitlist / Prospect client
  • A Record only profile (blue)  
  • Full Profile client who has not yet completed their signup (grey)


  1. You cannot complete a client email update for;
  • Full Profile clients (dark blue)

Once a client is a full client and has created their account and activated a full profile you will not be able to update. This is due to the client needing their email address to log into their account.

Remember on all records you update click save don't just use the X to come out of the details as this will not save.
