How do clients receive notification of their appointments?
When the client books online, or a practitioner or a team member sets a calendar appointment for a client, the client will receive the below notifications.
Note: If Service Notification settings are turned on and client communication preferences have no limitations.
Appointment details will be communicated as follows;
- SMS notification with appointment details
- Calendar invitation will be sent to their email address, where it can be added to their personal calendar
- SMS reminder 24 hours before the appointment
