Referral Module - Status Update

Release week commencing 2-December


Enhancements have been released to the Referral Module to enhance workflow management. Please see a summary below.


  1. New referral statuses added, with the 'Accepted', 'Awaiting Service' and 'Closed' statuses requiring a reason to be provided.
  2. Updated the referral status menu to reflect all statuses that can be selected in a referral.
  3. Enabled attaching funders to referrals without packages. Also, enabled the ability to attach packages to referrals without funders. Importantly, both packages and funders are required to attach to a client.
  4. Added a filter by 'funder' to the referral list.

New status's added:

  • Waiting to close,
  • Awaiting service,
  • Triage awaiting info
  • Concluded

Reason Code for 'Accepted', 'Awaiting Service' and 'Closed' are listed below:

Accepted

  • First call
  • Second call
  • Third call

Awaiting Service

  • 1:1
  • Group
  • Webinar

Closed

  • Not enough info 
  • Declined in Triage
  • Service Declined 
  • Un-Contactable
  • DNA
  • Disengaged
  • Completed Support
  • Deceased
  • Other
