How does my client experience onboarding?

When a client is added to Tacklit as a full profile client, they will receive an invitation to sign up to their account, and it looks a little something like this

Note: Clients sign in with their email address, not mobile number, since making this video

Any client you invite will be sent a welcome message to ask them to connect with you through Tacklit. 

They will be taken through the onboarding process, and can stop and resume at any time.  When they have completed their profile any onboarding survey or initial assessment you've asked for will be available for them to complete.
