Referrals: Creating a client profile or Linking a client profile

A quick overview video:

If you do not have a client profile for a referral

• Click 'no matches' and then create new client profile.
• The 'create new client' flow will commence, but the difference being it will populate referral information to the client profile during the creation phase.​

If you link to an existing client profile

• Data will be populated to the referral tab of a client's profile
• Any CDF updates will be populated to the client's profile
