Do you migrate my existing data?

Yes.

Our Customer Implementation team will work with you to ensure all your historic information is ported securely and successfully into Tacklit.

We don't have rigid templates or requirements for specific formats. Rather we partner with you to ensure all your insights, compliance and clinical records come across into your new Tacklit account successfully.

This typically works like this:

  1. We shape your customisable EMR in your new Tacklit account to align with whats important to you.
  2. We get some small extracts of your legacy data, so we can start to understand what you have, how it looks, what you want to retain etc.
  3. We map across your legacy data to your new Tacklit account. This can include client records, detailed clinical data, appointments, invoices - anything you need to keep to ensure you have all you need.
  4. With #3 signed off we move to pulling in the bulk of the data, using our secure transfer system so your files and data are always locked away (no emails or posting docs needed).
  5. When you are about to go live we pull across the most current set of data at the last responsible moment (always outside of business hours) to ensure all the latest appointment and client info is included.

Post go live we are on hand to patch or pull in any last pieces. And away you go on your new Tacklit system.
