Change my appointment
Looking to make a change to your appointment? The service you are working with sets the rules for what and when you can make changes - if you cannot make changes directly here in the portal please contact them to make changes.
To make updates to appointment in your client portal;
- Use the hamburger menu in the top right,
- go to Manage my appointments
- then select the appointment you'd like to rearrange or cancel.
- If you are not allowed, or unable, to do that online it will be due to rules that align with your providers changes and cancellation policy. In this case it is best to contact the service you are working with by phone or email directly to let them know you need to change or cancel.
