Change my appointment
Looking to make a change to your appointment? The rules for what and when you can make changes are set by your service provider.
You can use the hamburger menu in the top right, go to Manage my appointments and then select the appointment you'd like to rearrange or cancel. If you are not allowed, or unable, to do that online it will be due to rules that align with your providers changes and cancellation policy. In this case it is best to contact them by phone or email directly to let them know you need to change or cancel.
