Support your team logging in, in realtime

Tacklit have implemented some new tools in the Teams tab, allowing Superusers to support their teams logging into Tacklit in real-time. By removing the need to contact Tacklit for reset password activities your team will be unblocked and able to log in much faster.

1. My team member can't log in using their 2FA / MFA code
   1. Trigger a new MFA enrolment - Quick Video (no sound)
      1. Go to Teams
      2. Select Practitioner
      3. If 2FA is turned on, you can turn it off at the practitioner level then 'Trigger Enrolment'
      4. The practitioner can return to the Tacklit log in page and start the MFA enrolment process again

2. My team member can't remember their password or can't log in
   1. Action a 'send a reset email' or 'Generate new password' for a practitioner -Quick Video (no sound)
      1. Go to Teams
      2. Select Practitioner
      3. Actions button in top right corner
      4. Select 'Reset Password'
         1. Select 'send a reset email' —> Practitioner will receive a link to their email to reset their password
         2. 'Generate new password' —> The previous password is de-activated and a new one is generated for them to sign in with one-time (and they'll need to create a new one)
