How to use facilitated onboarding

Facilitated Onboarding is generating a link so that you can complete a survey on the client's behalf.

You can also scan a QR code to access this link, so that a practitioner or client could complete it on an iPad with a client.

Once the form is completed, all the responses will be stored in the client's profile under surveys. W
