How to send a fax from Tacklit

If you have the eFax feature enabled in your account you can send faxes from the messages tab, or when creating a Report or Letter. Please get in touch if you would like this turned on.

Here are some of the capabilities, followed by a short video;

• To receive efaxes, Tacklit need to provision your number so that they can flow into your account.
• There is an efax inbox to manage all incoming and outgoing faxes
  • You can link the fax to a client profile, for it to append to the attachment tab in the client profile itself.
  • You can also add Tags to the fax, to help coordinate the faxes
  • And filter based on status, clients and tags

Send an eFax directly from the report:

• Practitioners can eFax report to the referring GP listed, other GP in the system, manually input fax numbers or a combination of all those.
• The send status of the eFax report can be seen from the activity feeds of the client record.

• Only accounts which have the fax feature enabled will see the eFax report button.
