How to send a fax from Tacklit

If you have the eFax feature enabled you can send faxes from the Tacklit platform from the messages tab.

Alternately you can send an eFax from the reports tab, see screenshots below the video.

Send an eFax directly from the report:

• Practitioners can eFax report to the referring GP listed, other GP in the system, manually input fax numbers or a combination of all those.
• The send status of the eFax report can be seen from the activity feeds of the client record.

• Only accounts which have the fax feature enabled will see the eFax report button.

  (We will manually set a default send-from number unless an additional number is provided)

• eFax communication integration can be added under the System Connections tab by a superuser
