What is Full Profile and Record Only?

Full Profile

Means that a client will receive an invitation to create their digital account, where they can access appointment, invoicing, key contact and personal information and make updates accordingly. They are also able to participate in keeping a digital journal, and reviewing their action lists that may contain forms, such as surveys or psychometrics, and consent forms to complete.

The service can allow full profile clients to reschedule or cancel appointments.

Full profile clients consist of Adults, Couples and Young Person Profiles. The service can also maintain this client profile, and make updates where needed. View the client portal video here

Record Only

Means that a client is not sent an invitation to sign up for their online account. The client profile is managed by the service only.

The service and /or any practitioners can send forms, such as surveys, consents and psychometrics, to clients by email and /or SMS for completion so long as their notification settings are turned on. And they can still receive appointment notifications and reminders.
