What happens to a deactivated practitioner?

When a practitioner is De-activated, the following occurs:


  1. Clinician has their status set to inactive
  2. Client Activity feed records that this clinician is unassigned.
  3. All micro-check ins with this clinician will be unassigned.
  4. All case note format settings that this clinician created will be deleted.
  5. All clinician’s future appointments and requests will be removed.
  6. Clinician will be unassigned from groups they were previously assigned to.
  7. Clinician will be removed from all future group sessions.
  8. If Medicare is activated for this account, this clinician’s profile will be deactivated.
  9. Client profile remains intact, case notes, profile information, published reports remain associated with the client profile and can be reassigned to a new practitioner
