How to create a digital micro-journal template
Here is the process of creating micro check-in programs, that can only be created by practitioners. By going to the forms tab, you can view the templates created by your service, although you can't edit them, you can customize the micro check-ins. I'll demonstrate how to add, edit, update, and keep track of these check-ins. Additionally, I'll explain the concept of a digital journal and how it prompts clients to fill it in regularly. You can add various questions and topics to the journal, including pre-existing ones or your own custom topics. The client will be asked a set of questions from your selected topics at random. I'll also show you how to add clients to the program and save and publish the template. In the client profile, you can see the check-in insights, which include mood, energy, sleep, appetite, and the client's responses to the questions. You can insert the journal data in other parts of the platform, such as case notes and reports. Lastly, I'll remind you that you can update the client program in the client profile. If you have any questions, please let us know. 🎥
Once you have created the micro journal check-in programs and assigned your clients to them, clients will receive a nudge to complete their micro journal every two days. Tacklit will randomly select 2-3 questions for them to answer from their check-in program, as well as the following questions which will always be asked;
- Overall, how are you feeling?
- How are your energy levels?
- How have you slept the last few nights?
- How would you describe your appetite and eating habits the last few days?
- Which emotions best fit how you're feeling today?
Note:
- If you have chosen a short amount of questions in the check-in program the client will likely get the same questions more frequently.
- If you have a larger array of questions there will be more variety for them to journal.
- If your client doesn't want to answer a specific question they are able to move on to the next question.
