How to update Profile Information in a client profile

In this video, I explain how to update profile information in the client profile and where that information comes from. As a super user, you can access the control panel to create categories with data fields. These data fields can be used to auto populate reports for clients or their care team, as well as for service reports. I demonstrate how all this information is collected and stored in the client profile, including the ability to keep a history of data changes.
