How to reactivate a client profile

All users have the facility to reactive a client.

  • Super users and admins can reactivate any client
  • Clinicians can reactivate their own clients 

Select Clients on left hand menu

Clients

Click on Closed along top menu

Click on Closed

Select the client you wish to re open, you can also use the search bar 

Select client you wish to re open

Select Edit within the client profile

Select Edit

Select Active

Select Active

Select yes

Select yes

Click on Save

You will now be able to view the client in your clients list

Click on Save
